Why therapy/counseling... can't I just talk to my family or friends?
You could do this however, counseling allows you to talk with a neutral, trained professional to help you explore your strengths and work together to develop a plan so you can tackle anything life throws at you.

Yes! I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss my services and so I can gain a sense of your needs as well as answer any questions you may have about counseling in my practice.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours advance notice of cancellation for all appointments. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the session fee.
