Sometimes, people don’t even know where to start when they want to make a change, its often hard to explain exactly how they are feeling. So many women come in for therapy feeling lost and confused. We can figure it out together. Part of my job is to help you navigate difficult feelings, thoughts and confusion. Then we can try and understand how to help you feel better.
